14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
Condition for Return To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them.

In the original, professional packaging with all hygiene seals intact.

Note: As our devices are personal care items, we cannot accept returns once the hygiene seal is broken or the device has been used, unless it is faulty.
Faulty Items Every SkynRay device is checked for quality, but tech happens. If your device is faulty upon arrival or within 30 days, we will provide a pre-paid Royal Mail return label and issue a full refund or a replacement immediately.
